As the Creativity Explored Communications Associate, I managed and created all social media content. I also wrote, designed, and provided content for CE’s bi-weekly e-newsletter. By developing trust and person-centered relationships with 150+ neurodiverse artists, I collaboratively amplified artist projects and everyday life in the studios.
While interviewing, filming, or taking photos in the studio, I employed practices of consent, non-urgency, and artist-led co-creation. By centering the stories that each artist wanted to tell me, I joyfully amplified artist’s careers and CE’s mission, alongside program, sales, and fundraising goals.
To further develop authentic, artist-led storytelling, I acted as a mentor and co-creator with a Creativity Explored Artist Social Media Intern. I collaborated to support his storytelling vision with technical and organizational capacity.
